Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Coordinator in project scheduling and monitoring or independently plan and track project timelines when required.
  • Support material procurement processes and coordinate with vendor.
  • Manage, organize and maintain accurate project documentation.
  • Provide administrative support and facilitate team communications.
  • Ensure project activities comply with company policies and standards.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Degree in Information Technology (IT) or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant working experience preferred.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is a plus.
