Job Description
Project Coordinator
- Planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
- Check drawings and technical specifications for discrepancies and report to Project Manager
- Monitor all M&E work documents
- Shop drawings coordination
- Schedule, supervise and manage sub-contractors in order to carry out works accurately and timely in accordance with the contract drawings and specifications
- Liaise and work with relevant authorities / sub-contractors / clients on shop drawings / equipment submissions, inspections, testing requirements and commissioning
- Conduct M&E coordination meetings
- Report M&E matters, progress and updates to Project Manager
- Communicate and collaborate with site staff effectively to ensure project progress smoothly
- Negotiate approval for M&E changes to the project and make recommendations in accordance with local regulations
