Project Coordinator

Oversee project operations and liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers on project matters

Ensure that project works are completed with respect to the scheduled dates

Cost and quality control of projects

Ensure that construction teams and sub-contractors adopt all necessary measures and comply with safety, environmental and other relevant legislation and requirements in the contract

Good communication skills, able to interact with people of all levels and be teamwork oriented

Requirements

Must be able to communicate in Mandarin with business partners

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience

Familiar with building plans submission procedures and approvals

Relevant working experience in related field and proven management abilities

Effective communication and organizational skills

With valid class 3 license will be an advantage
