Your new role

  • Coordinate installation projects, including on-site surveys, delivery, dismantling, and repair works.
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely execution.
  • Prepare installation documentation in line with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead and manage on-site work according to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Maintain accurate records of issues during surveys, installations, and repairs; report promptly to management.
  • Track manpower schedules and manage departmental administrative tasks.
  • Verify installation checklists from subcontractors and ensure material readiness.
  • Conduct site visits for equipment delivery and lifting; attend project meetings as needed.
  • Apply for permits and ensure compliance with MOM safety requirements and quality standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the department manager.

    • What you'll need to succeed

  • Post Graduate Diploma, ITE, or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–3 years of experience in construction site operations.
  • Knowledge of local standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of design-and-build contracts/projects.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; able to work under pressure and prioritize tasks.
