Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Ship Repair Asst Engineer/Engineer to manage day-to-day operations and coordination of harbourcraft/medium size vessels dockings and repairs Singapore, including anchorage repairs as necessary.
Key Responsibilities
Manage service job execution and coordinate with Shipyard Production Team, Purchasing, Technical, Classification Societies, Ship Designers, etc.
Liaise with customers, such as Ship Managers, Ship Owners, Agents and others.
Prepare quotations for tariff and non-tariff jobs, Purchase Orders (to suppliers), tools & equipment lists and procurement of Spares/Materials, etc. and final invoicing to client.
Coordinate transport if necessary of contractors/suppliers, tools & equipment to and from job sites including anchorage.
Daily work planning for shipyard team (small workforce, 10 pax) including manpower planning, reporting, etc.
Answer customer queries and provide remote technical support.
