Responsibilities
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
- Track project progress, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
- Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to the project manager and team
- Support resource allocation and task assignments
- Monitor budgets, expenses, and procurement activities as required
- Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality requirements
- Identify potential risks or delays and support mitigation plans
