Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating project activities
  • Track project progress, milestones, timelines, and deliverables
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and status updates
  • Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-ups with internal and external stakeholders
  • Communicate project updates, risks, and issues to the project manager and team
  • Support resource allocation and task assignments
  • Monitor budgets, expenses, and procurement activities as required
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, processes, and quality requirements
  • Identify potential risks or delays and support mitigation plans
