Job Description
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Project Coordinator to help manage engineering documentation, purchasing activities, prototype build support, and lab operations. This role works closely with Engineering, Supply Chain, and external suppliers to keep projects moving efficiently and accurately.
Key Responsibilities
Engineering Document Control
- Create, maintain, and update engineering documents in SAP S/4HANA.
- Ensure documents are properly linked to materials, Bills of Materials (BOMs), prototypes, and engineering change records.
- Support the preparation of Engineering Change Requests/Orders (ECR/ECO).
- Manage part number creation and prototype BOM setup.
Purchasing & Supplier Coordination
- Prepare purchase requests, purchase orders, and vendor creation forms.
