Summary

• Facilities staff support as needed

• Extremely strong oral, written, time management and digital communications skills used across a variety of areas

• Work with internal and external partners (and all customers) in a pleasant and positive manner

• Schedule internal/external meetings, coordinate associated agendas and catering

• Have comfort with working with new office automation technologies, including use of audio/video conferencing

• Submit purchase requisitions and check requests for multiple sites and track expenses

• Obtain reports from SAP for financial reporting

• Submit invoices to correct Managers for approval and track invoicing against POs or CARs. Work with vendors on invoicing issues

• Process invoices/contracts through client systems such as Ariba/SAP

• Create Smart Sheets and Excel spreadsheets for projects and financial tracking
