Delivery & Project Management

• Oversee day-to-day delivery of client and internal engineering projects
• Track progress against timelines, milestones, and commitments
• Maintain project plans, schedules, and regular status updates
• Anticipate risks, dependencies, and delivery issues; coordinate solutions early
• Ensure consistent delivery processes across all active projects
