Project Coordinator 

9 Month Fixed Term Contract 

Hybrid- Tewkesbury & adhoc travel to customer locations in hubs Leeds & London. 

JOB SUMMARY / PURPOSE:

The primary function of the Project Coordinator (PC) is to act as an administrative and coordination support for the PMO for the implementation of a new service management system as part of a wider programme of change. 

The role will initially be heavily focused on customer-facing activities, primarily facilitating meetings, workshops, and other project related events to support project planning and scoping. The PC will then support the delivery of the change project by coordinating with project managers, team members and stakeholders to ensure project objectives and milestones are met, keeping financial penalties to a minimum.
