Summary: Serves as link between the Business Development team (client facing) and the internal areas to help gather all requirements to submit a deal and helps obtain costs and project timelines. Aids through the life of the implementation and until the client is “Go-Live”, to make sure the internal teams have all the necessary items for a successful implementation. Responsibilities: -Liaison between the Business Development team and the internal areas -Helps determine costs and timeline -Helps in the creation of contracts and follows up with Management and Legal for agreement approvals (if changes are requested by prospect) -Coordinates with Project Manager to launch implementations and helps gather any additional information required from the client during the implementation
