Project Coordinator

**Summary**:
The Supply Chain Cloud Partnership Support Specialist will play a critical role in supporting the Global Partnerships team in their efforts to identify, develop, and manage relationships with new and existing Cloud supply chain partners. This role will involve managing internal and external resources, coordinating communication, and providing administrative support.
**Responsibilities**:
- Attend weekly status meetings with external partners, take detailed notes, and track action items.
- Manage and track the onboarding process for new partners within various internal systems (weekly).
- Schedule meetings and workshops (working sessions, workshops, presentations, etc.) between the internal team and external partners, coordinating availability with all parties.
- Assist in the preparation of a monthly pipeline report for the partnerships team.
