Role Description

SMBC are seeking an Project Coordinator to ensure successful execution of IT service initiatives by coordinating solutions that enhance the end user experience. This role supports planning, scheduling, and tracking of delivery efforts, and drives operational visibility and consistency across desktop support and critical support initiatives. This role will report to the Strategic Planning and Operations Manager.

Role Objectives

Maintain consistency and accuracy of service delivery data across incidents, requests, walk-up activity, project tasks, and device asset records.

Produce recurring operational reports and trend analyses, including support volume, workload distribution, and support quality.

Analyze ticket trends and user feedback to identify and address knowledge gaps.
