Job Description
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from handover to completion
- Understand client requirements, technical specifications, and installation scope
- Allocate manpower and resources for each project
- Conduct internal, site, PMO, and sales coordination meetings
- Manage in-house fabrication and welding teams
- Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of lifting equipment
- Ensure site safety compliance and proper documentation (RA, MS, Lifting Plans)
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, NDT, testing bodies, and authorised examiners
- Monitor quality control, drawing accuracy, and adherence to standards and ISO requirements
- Control project costs, including materials, equipment, and manpower usage
- Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to HQ
