Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and manage projects from handover to completion
  • Understand client requirements, technical specifications, and installation scope
  • Allocate manpower and resources for each project
  • Conduct internal, site, PMO, and sales coordination meetings
  • Manage in-house fabrication and welding teams
  • Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of lifting equipment
  • Ensure site safety compliance and proper documentation (RA, MS, Lifting Plans)
  • Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, NDT, testing bodies, and authorised examiners
  • Monitor quality control, drawing accuracy, and adherence to standards and ISO requirements
  • Control project costs, including materials, equipment, and manpower usage
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly progress reports to HQ
