responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works across projects. The role ensures smooth communication between site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients while maintaining compliance with technical, contractual, and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate daily MEP site activities (Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, ELV).

  • Track progress of PM/CM works and project milestones.

  • Ensure work execution as per approved drawings, method statements, and schedules.

  • Assist Project Manager in monitoring manpower and material allocation.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Prepare and maintain:

    • Work Orders (PM/CM)

    • Site reports

    • Progress reports

    • Material submittals
