One of our main focuses is vulnerable groups and minorities among the affected population.

1. Project Control



  • Programmatic Control- Manage and oversee the project lifecycle, from planning through implementation to reporting, ensuring each phase meets project goals and standards or, in case the project is (also) implemented through partners, monitor the partners in this regard.
