Great projects don’t happen by accident—they’re coordinated. This Project Coordinator keeps timelines, teams, and deliverables on track. Staffmark is hiring a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support project managers and operations teams within a fast-paced metal fabrication environment. This role plays a critical part in ensuring projects move smoothly from quoting through fabrication, delivery, and completion by providing administrative coordination, documentation control, and communication support across departments.
