Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with project tracking, updates, and maintaining status logs

  • Raise, monitor, and follow up on PRs/POs and related procurement activities

  • Coordinate meetings, site access, schedules, and stakeholder communication

  • Handle document control: filing, updating records, submission tracking

  • Prepare reports, minutes, and basic project documentation

  • Follow up with vendors, internal teams, and stakeholders to close open items

  • Support general project administration and workflow improvement

  • Assist Project Manager in other related tasks

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Higher NITEC in Business, Engineering, or related fields

  • 1–3 years' experience in coordination, admin support, or document control is preferred.
