What you’ll do

• Coordinate projects across their full lifecycle, from early-stage pitches to active client engagements
• Research prospects and translate insights into clear briefs and proposals
• Support proposal and RFP development, coordinating cross-functional teams
• Build and manage timelines, workflows, and budgets
• Track progress, anticipate risks, and communicate clearly with stakeholders
• Keep Account Directors and internal teams aligned and informed
