The Project Coordinator supports Account Managers acting as a key liaison with customers, ensuring smooth projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities Handle your assigned customer accounts establishing relationships ensuring 100% Customer satisfaction management, resolving customer questions, concerns and requests Maintain professional internal and external relationships with customers and resolve Ensure that requests are resolved both promptly and thoroughly. Documenting project details in software to maintain accurate records Collaborating with team members and customers to adjust if the project goals change.
