Job Description

The Jacobs Yakima Washington office has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant who will be responsible for a variety of projects, general office, and local leadership support related tasks.

This position will work 30-40 hours per week and will require the candidate to be present in the Yakima office during normal business hours at least three days a week. Successful candidates must be able to work with minimal supervision, multitask effectively, use independent judgment, and have the initiative to take on new tasks and challenges. Candidate will need to use experience-based judgment to evaluate situations and develop solutions. They work with minimal oversight to achieve assignment and task outcomes and manage their own workload.
