Job Summary:
The Project Coordinator will assist in planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects, ensuring timely completion within budget and compliance with quality and safety standards. The ideal candidate will work closely with project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients to streamline communication and project workflow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Project Manager in planning and scheduling and coordinating daily operations
- Assist the Project Manager in handling site work, process claims
- Prepare and maintain proper documentation of the daily work activities
- Ensure work compliance with the relevant standards and requirements
- Act as a liaison between management, site teams, clients, and subcontractors
