This role plays a critical part in ensuring financial accuracy, cost forecasting, and adherence to project controls standards. The Project Cost Controller develops and maintains cost forecasts, manages contractor project control deliverables, prepares financial status reports, and supports project change management activities. The role may serve as the primary cost controller on a large project or portfolio of projects, or support senior cost control staff on complex initiatives. Regular communication with project teams and upper management is required to report on project financial performance and risks.
