+ Serve as the escalation point for complex Java application incidents and recurring defects across the portfolio.
+ Own stability and support strategy for REM (triage patterns, root cause analysis, performance/capacity considerations, support playbooks).
+ Partner with product/business and downstream/upstream teams to manage dependencies, integrations, and release impacts.
