Project Design Engineer (MNC)

Responsibilities

Take overall technical responsibility for your assigned project.

Calculate energy plant specifications, including sizing of main components and auxiliary systems, in line with contract requirements, budget, and design standards.

Develop the holistic design of the energy plant in collaboration with the Project Layout Designer, then create Process and Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID) based on the final design.

Define water and steam flows, fuel feeding, and cooling circuits to ensure the plant achieves the guaranteed capacity, efficiency, and emissions.

Monitor budget implications, prepare data sheets, and review construction drawings.

Maintain close communication with suppliers and subcontractors to find the most suitable and cost-effective solutions.
