Project Designer Carpentry

Responsibilities

Prepare design proposals, layout plans, and technical drawings (including sketches, 3D and 2D visuals)

Develop and propose design concepts based on clients’ requirements and project objectives

Assist in preparing Bill of Quantities (BQ) and support the quotation process

Recommend suitable construction materials, color schemes, and carpentry detailing

Manage and coordinate projects from design concept through to installation, including site involvement

Attend client meetings to understand, interpret, and translate design requirements

Monitor project progress and ensure work is completed within agreed timelines

Work closely with and report directly to the Project Manager
