Job Description
- Assist the JuanFlix Lead Officer in managing technical operations of the platform, including deployment, maintenance, and overall smooth functioning.
- Monitor and report platform performance analytics, providing actionable insights to support decision-making.
- Coordinate with IT officers and developers for updates, improvements, and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Support the implementation of JuanFlix initiatives, including Academedia Online, ensuring seamless technical execution.
- Collaborate with the Licensing and Marketing teams to analyze platform data and optimize content delivery and audience engagement.
