Overview
Assist in identifying potential land acquisition and development opportunities.
Assist in conducting preliminary site visits, data collection, and basic due diligence for potential development sites.
Assist in the preparation of feasibility studies, development proposals, and internal reports for management review.
Assist in preparing documentation and paperwork for state land applications and related submissions.
Liaise with landowners on land-related matters.
Liaise with Pejabat Tanah, iPlan, MBK, and other authorities for the overall land application, planning, and development approval processes.
Other ad-hoc task as assigned by the management from time to time.
