Project Development Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team in Lausanne. In this role, you will be responsible for the overall management of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in general contracting or project management with several years of experience working on medium-sized projects in Switzerland. You should be comfortable with pricing, technical aspects, standards, and financial management.

You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and expectations while managing site staff to ensure efficient operations. A proactive approach is essential as you must identify potential issues before they become major problems.
