Project Development Officer

Job Mission/Purpose:

The Industrial & Commercial Business Unit Project Development Innovation Officer will be in charge of the development and management of projects including but not limited to:

• Non-real estate solutions related to Aboitiz Economic Estates' development and management of real estates.
• Digitization and automation initiatives.
• Sustainability initiatives.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Conceptual planning and executing technical and financial feasibility for pipelined projects.
• Seeking management approval for projects.
• Maintaining financial health of projects and budget monitoring.
• Planning, monitoring, and facilitating of project milestones, and
• Coordination with other team, in Project deliver, Estate Development, Planning and construction, Commercial Strategy, Operations, Finance, other CSU's and external stake...
