Project Director

Dornan is seeking a Project Director to lead a major €300m data centre project in the Zaragoza region. You will oversee the full lifecycle from project start‑up through handover. Key Responsibilities Start‑Up Lead handover from estimating to project delivery teams. Validate the project and set up business plans, cost controls and cashflow. Create procurement plans, design plans and the construction programme. Liaise with the client and design team on engineering and procurement. Delivery Oversee all day‑to‑day site operations. Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to safety/quality standards. Manage subcontractors, labour, materials and installation activities. Chair weekly progress and safety meetings. Monitor productivity and project progress weekly. Completion Oversee testing, commissioning and client demonstrations.
