Project Director

Dornan is seeking a Project Director to lead a major €300m+ data centre project in the Zaragoza region. You will oversee the full lifecycle from project start‑up through handover.

Key Responsibilities

Start‑Up

• Lead handover from estimating to project delivery teams.
• Validate the project and set up business plans, cost controls and cashflow.
• Create procurement plans, design plans and the construction programme.
• Liaise with the client and design team on engineering and procurement.

Delivery

• Oversee all day‑to‑day site operations.
• Ensure delivery on time, within budget and to safety/quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors, labour, materials and installation activities.
• Chair weekly progress and safety meetings.
• Monitor productivity and project progress weekly.
