Project Director

We are seeking an experienced Project Director to take full accountability for major pharmaceutical CAPEX projects (€100m+), delivered within live GMP manufacturing environments , with a strong focus on complex brownfield delivery in the Basel region.

This role carries end-to-end ownership from investment approval and design through construction, CQV , regulatory inspection, and operational handover, while protecting ongoing operations, product supply, and quality compliance. The Project Director acts as the final escalation point for cost, schedule, quality, and operational risk.
