This development sits within Bath’s UNESCO World Heritage setting, delivering homes, commercial space and public realm across two major phases. With planning secured, funding in place, and RC frame packages about to commence, the business is making a key senior programme appointment.

A second major scheme is scheduled to start in January 2027, and this role is designed to sit across both schemes, evolving into a regional leadership position as the portfolio expands.
