A top International Property Consultant is seeking a Senior Project Leader in Mumbai for one a global capability centre (GCC) a 1.8 million-square-foot facility (Greenfield project) .
Key responsibilities
As the key person in charge, you'll assemble and lead various teams across various regions and act as Account Lead . You'll be in charge of managing and monitoring completion of the project on time with best safety and quality standards. You will also be in charge of facilitating negotiations, analyses and meetings with all key project stakeholders & authorities.
