Role Overview:
The Project Director will provide overall strategic leadership and governance for large‑scale Data Governance and Data Quality programs within commercial banking environments. This role is accountable for delivery success, stakeholder alignment, and executive‑level oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide end‑to‑end leadership for enterprise‑wide Data Governance and Data Quality initiatives
- Define program vision, roadmap, and success metrics aligned with regulatory and business objectives
- Engage with senior leadership, regulators, and key stakeholders
- Oversee multiple workstreams including governance, architecture, quality, metadata, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Identify risks and drive mitigation strategies proactively
