A leading data centre developer is seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead the design, construction, and delivery of a flagship hyperscale data centre project in Finland.

This is a senior, delivery-focused role with full accountability for construction execution, contractor management, programme control, and handover. The position reports directly into executive-level leadership and will play a critical role in setting delivery standards for future projects across the region.

The Role

You will take end-to-end responsibility for the project lifecycle, from design development through construction, commissioning, and operational handover. The role requires a hands-on construction leader with deep experience delivering large-scale infrastructure or data centre projects in Europe, capable of operating autonomously while coordinating complex stakeholder groups.
