The Project Director is responsible for leading large-scale projects or multiple projects from inception through completion, ensuring delivery in the most effective and efficient manner. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, focusing on operational excellence, client engagement, and team development

Responsibilities

  • Project Execution & Delivery

    Develop and implement execution strategies for design and construction phases.Oversee integrated EPC (ONEsolution) projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and quality, safety, and compliance across all project activities.

  • Business Development

    Foster and expand client relationships to secure repeat business and new opportunities.Represent CRB as the principal project contact with senior client leadership.Collaborate with estimating and business development teams on proposals and bids.
