Summary:
The Project Director leads the sales and execution activities for land development projects in the Greater Denver region. Responsible for leading a team of project managers for the daily operations of project deliverables. The priorities for this position include business development, quality assurance, and problem resolution.
General Responsibilities:
Build relationships and grow business in land development including residential, commercial, and industrial.Lead business development activities by marketing to existing clients as well as identifying, and marketing to new clients.Support land development entitlement activities.
