Project Director

Job Description:

• Lead end-to-end execution of high-rise residential project (40+ storeys).

• Plan, schedule, budget and control overall project activities.

• Ensure timely completion within approved cost, quality, and safety standards.

• Monitor construction progress and resolve technical, contractual, and operational issues.

• Coordinate with consultants, architects, PMC, contractors, and statutory authorities.

• Oversee safety, quality control, and compliance with site regulations.

• Review BOQs, drawings, contracts, and technical specifications.

• Manage and guide Project Managers, Engineers, and site teams.

• Conduct regular progress reviews and report to management.

• Ensure adherence to RERA, environmental and local authority norms.
