Project Director

 ## Role overview

 Lead end-to-end project delivery across design, pre-construction, construction, and procurement, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. 

This role works closely with senior operations leadership to drive daily site operations and continuous improvement across multiple locations. 

 ## Key responsibilities 

 Drive project strategy, planning, and execution across the full project lifecycle. 

 Own project timelines, budgets, risk management, and financial performance. 

Lead site operations, data-driven reviews, and process improvements for operational excellence. Build and manage high-performing teams, including hiring, coaching, and performance management. 

 Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage escalations, and maintain strong client relationships. 

## Qualifications

15+ years’ experience in Project/Construction Management in real estate, hospitality, manufacturing, or similar sectors. 

 5–8 years of experience leading large, multi-location teams. 

Strong exposure to operations, supply chain, and procurement is preferred. 

 Proven analytical, problem-solving, and process-driven approach with comfort in fast-paced environments.
