Role Overview

We’re seeking a Project Director to lead the end-to-end development of utility-scale solar PV and BESS projects in Italy. From managing DSA partnerships and progressing projects to RTB and COD, to identifying new opportunities and ensuring regulatory compliance, the right candidate will be key to establishing and expanding my client’s presence in the Italian (and, eventually broader global) market.

This is a unique opportunity to join as the first hire on the ground in Italy for a well-backed renewable energy startup with strong financial support from leading industry players and an already established project pipeline. As such, the successful candidate should bring an entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on leadership style, and genuine excitement for building something from the ground up within a high-growth, international environment.
