Reports to: Operations Director

Responsible for: (Senior) Project Managers / Senior Construction Manager

Department: Management & Technical

Lead the end-to-end delivery of one or more M&E projects, depending on size and complexity. Provide strategic oversight on programme, cost, resources, quality, and risk, ensuring safe, compliant delivery and consistent use of internal processes and digital tools.

Responsibilities

• Project leadership & delivery: Drive high standards across progress, quality, H&S, and cost control; lead teams and key stakeholders; follow company processes and digital systems.
