Overall Job Objectives

The BIM / Project Drafter is responsible for supporting the full project lifecycle—from feasibility and design development through construction and as-built documentation—for industrial buildings and structures.

The role involves close collaboration with Architects, Design Managers, Project Managers, and project teams to develop, coordinate, and deliver accurate BIM models and construction drawings across Architectural and Structural disciplines, with coordination input from MEP shop drawings.

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit for Architectural and Structural works

• Generate AutoCAD 2D drawings from BIM models, including:

• Plans, layouts, sections, elevations

• Schedules and detailed blow-up drawings
• Update models and drawings through all project stages, including as-built documentation
