About the Role
We at Aldecor are looking for a proactive Project Engineer to support the planning, coordination, and execution of interior fit-out and civil projects. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining seamless coordination among multiple stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Planning & Execution
Assist in preparing project schedules, milestones, and resource plans with the Project Manager.
Oversee site execution across civil, interior, and MEP works , ensuring alignment with drawings and BOQs.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and manpower productivity to minimize rework and delays.
Conduct regular site and coordination meetings with engineers, supervisors, and contractors.
