•Manage assigned customer projects from order entry through delivery and closeout, ensuring timelines, scope, and deliverables are achieved. •Review engineering drawings and technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and manufacturability prior to release to production. •Review and validate bills of materials (BOMs) to confirm correctness, structure, and alignment with project requirements. •Serve as the primary technical contact for customers, supporting clarifications, revisions, and issue resolution. •Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, production, and supply chain to maintain project flow and remove bottlenecks. •Track project milestones and proactively identify risks that could impact cost, schedule, or quality. •Manage engineering changes and customer revisions, ensuring proper documentation and communication. •Support production by clarifying technical requirements and resolving drawing or BOM discrepancies. •Maintain organized a...
