Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and work towards serving project’s business obligation individually or as a team member as applicable.
  • Participate actively to enhance & consistently update the technology knowledge, as in pace with business demand through continually education program sponsored by Company.
  • Will not hesitate to travel & work at client premises, on short notice calls as per project obligation.
  • Develop technology white paper for all new implementation if any, or on raise of demand from reporting authority.
  • Comply and implement the process compliance requirement and best practice requirement of the company as defined.
  • Demonstrate & conduct training as required on any job implemented to peers/team/BU as part of knowledge transfer sessions on demand.
  • Participate in client meeting representing company for technical arbitration and confidence building exercise during pre-sale/post sale on any business negotiation on demand.
  • Consistently report to peers and super-ordinate as appropriate regarding work executed and project progress as appropriate.
  • Actively participate and suggest in all process/technical brainstorm session, to bring in continual improvement.


Qualifications:

  • Must be a BE (EEE/ECE/E&I) with a strong focus on automation and control systems.
  • At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in automation / automobile ancillary industry
  • Good oral and written communication skills in English are essential.


Knowledge & Skills:

  • Rockwell / Siemens hot Redundancy (Hot Back up) Soft switching (Warm developing MES Backup)
  • Ethernet and Profinet are added advantage.
  • Drives -- PowerFlex / Sinamics, Servo
  • Optional – Other platforms and MS- Visio / MS Project (But willing to learn and perform)
