Job Purpose:

The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, scheduling, coordinating, and managing engineering projects from conception to completion. This role ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. The Project Engineer acts as a liaison between technical teams, clients, and key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop manufacturing processes and systems to meet production goals and quality standards.
• Apply engineering principles and techniques to optimize processes for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new process implementations.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating engineering projects.
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, drawings, specifications, and reports.
• Monitor project progress and provide technical support to ensure timely and efficient project completion.
• Conduct site inspections and supervise installation, construction, and testing activities.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Manage budgets, resources, and timelines using appropriate project management tools.
• Interface with clients, vendors, and subcontractors to communicate technical requirements.
• Resolve technical issues and provide innovative engineering solutions.
• Support procurement activities by providing technical input for materials and equipment selection.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.

Experience / Skills:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in project engineering or a related role, including CNC programming with 3-axis turning and 5-axis milling capability.
• Minimum 5 years of experience operating CNC equipment with FANUC controls.
• Experience with CAD/CAM software, preferably Mastercam and SolidWorks.
• Any nationality and visa/ work permit will be sponsored by company

Knowledge & Competencies:

• Ability to communicate in English at a technical level.
• Detail-oriented and highly efficient.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 systems.
• Proficient in the use of measuring tools (e.g., vernier calipers, micrometers, profile projectors).
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and practices.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to address complex process issues and implement effective solutions.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
