Project Engineer (Batam)

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex plastic part projects
• Participate in DFM analysis and tooling design
• Manage tool makers communication.
• Communicate effectively customer requirements and project deliverables
• Develop project plans, processes and schedule
• Identify and mitigate project risks
• Track project progress and identify potential delays
• Document project activities and provide status updates and reports
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Readily to be assigned with ad hoc tasks, especially to support process engineering

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 5+ years of project management with mould design, or making or process experience will be advantage
• Experience in managing projects within a manufacturing environment.
