Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Coordination: Assist in managing project lifecycle from design to handover, liaising with clients, designers, contractors, and vendors.
  • Site Management: Conduct site visits, verify progress, ensure quality control, maintain safety standards, and resolve on-ground technical issues.
  • Documentation: Support preparation and validation of Bill of Quantities (BOQs), GFC (Good For Construction) drawings, and progress reports.
  • Scheduling & Budgeting: Help develop project schedules, track timelines, monitor budgets, and manage procurement processes.
  • Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly progress reports for management and PMO.
  • Vendor Management: Communicate with vendors, issue site instructions, and manage material flow.
  • Scope Management: Identify potential change orders and extra work opportunities.
